Search Should Trigger More Reliably Without Explicit Prompting

Current behavior:
Search usually works automatically, but sometimes users still need to explicitly prompt the AI to search Membase (e.g., "Check Membase" or "Search my wiki").
User problem:
When retrieval does not trigger automatically, users may lose confidence that Membase will surface the right context when needed. This undermines the core promise of persistent memory.
Suggested improvement:
Investigate whether the trigger logic can be made more reliable, especially for cases where relevant Membase context exists but is not automatically retrieved. Consider improving the system prompt or tool description so the AI is more likely to search when it should.
Why it matters:
Reliable automatic retrieval is core to the promise of persistent memory. Users should not need to repeatedly remember to ask the AI to search Membase. If they do, the product feels like a manual lookup tool rather than a true memory layer.
