Hey! This looks like a successful installation to us. We just wanted to check: did you post this because of the warning message that appeared in the middle, or was there something else you were expecting to happen? Happy to help clarify!

Seunghyun Kim I posted this because I don't see anything in console and it still asks me to connect to agent. Sorry if I was not clear in my earlier message.

AJ: Always appreciate the feedback! Just to make sure we point you in the right direction:
1) If Membase tools are not showing up in Claude Desktop:
Fully quit and reopen Claude Desktop. The Membase tools should appear after a restart.
2) If you are looking at app.membase.so and the memory tab is empty:
Ask Claude to save something, for example: "Save this to Membase: I prefer concise answers." Once a memory is saved, it will show up in the memory tab. For best results, explicitly mention Membase when asking it to remember something.
3) If the Agents tab on app.membase.so still shows no connected agents:
The agent will automatically appear there once Claude Desktop connects and saves its first memory.
Let us know if any of these match your situation!

Seunghyun Kim Restarted claude desktop multiple times, I also tired to send a message, it's not working. I don't know what should I do to debug it and identify where it's failing. Does this use case works for others?

AJ: Hey! When you open Claude Desktop and go to Settings > Developer, do you see Membase listed under MCP servers? It should look something like this screenshot.

Also, are you on Windows?

Seunghyun Kim. Yes on Windows and I don't see it under local mcp servers in claude desktop

Seunghyun Kim It's still not working, I got successfully installed message, but i don't see anything in mcp server list in settings -> developers. Tried closing and opening claude desktop multiple times

AJ: Sorry for the trouble! On Windows, Claude Desktop sometimes can't find npx directly. Here's how to fix it:
Open Claude Desktop and go to Settings > Developer
Click Edit Config
Replace the mcpServers section with this:

"args": ["/c", "npx", "-y", "mcp-remote@latest", "https://mcp.membase.so/mcp"]
}
}
Keep the rest of the file as is, save it, then fully restart Claude Desktop. Let us know if it works!
