Use Membase in ChatGPT without manual setup, and even when developer mode is off.

Desired behavior: Add Perplexity to the Agents page so users can connect it as an agent alongside Claude and others. Allow Perplexity-generated context to be saved with a clear source label. Make Membase context available in Perplexity workflows where technically possible. Why it matters: For users who work across multiple AI tools, Membase is most valuable when it acts as the shared memory layer across all major surfaces. Perplexity is a widely used AI tool for research and information retrieval. Supporting it as an agent and enabling bidirectional context sharing would make Membase significantly more useful for users who rely on Perplexity as part of their workflow.

User problem: Custom connector setup is too much friction for many non-technical users. Even if the underlying functionality works, a manual setup step can prevent adoption. Desired behavior: Users should be able to install or connect Membase through a simple native marketplace flow in Claude's marketplace, rather than relying only on custom URL setup. Why it matters: A native connector would make Membase more accessible to non-technical users and would strengthen onboarding for Shared Spaces, where invited collaborators need to get value quickly without setup complexity. Reducing setup friction is especially important for any collaborative or team use case where not all users are technical.
